Not too bad today on the diet front - still light on leafy green vegetables and fibre but lots of good protein.
Good session at the gym today with my personal trainer Ro (who I worship) - 45 minutes of squats (still on the strength/wave-load protocol. He said my squats have gone from "rubbish" to "getting better" - such high praise, I think I blushed...
